Accommodation price includes

private parking on the plot
Wi-fi (Apartment 1 only)
heating the building
sports equipment rental (ping pong table, badminton)
rental of outdoor games (petanque, croquet)
garden furniture rental (deck chairs, armchairs)
outdoor grill rental
rental of board home games

Lenght of stay

In the high season (July, August) only weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday
Out of season (May, June, September) at least 3 nights

Payment Terms

We do not charge a deposit for weekly and shorter stays
We charge a deposit of 30% of the price for the booked accommodation
A surcharge is payable on arrival at the apartment
When canceling a reservation, we charge a cancellation fee

Cancellation Policy

30 or more days before arrival - no cancellation fee
29 - 15 days before the start of the accommodation - 50% of the paid deposit
14 - 4 days before arrival 70% of the deposit
3 days or less before arrival - 100% deposit paid
