There are two apartments In Chalupa u rybníku  (Apartmán 1, Apartmán 2) with separate entrances and a common maintained garden with a total area of about 1700 ㎡, which can be used for various outdoor activities such as badminton, table tennis, petanque, croquet, barbecue outdoor grill or just to sit in the garden furniture, which is together with sports equipment ready for rent.

The village of Spolí can be reached, for example, from Prague in about two hours (approx. 150 km). The center of Třeboň is only 8 km from the cottage, which is 11 minutes. Drive and the border with Austria (České Velenice - Gmünd) is about 40 km. For guests there is a free fenced parking space directly on the plot next to the cottage.

Thanks to its flat character, the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area is suitable for undemanding hiking and cycling, thanks to which you can easily discover the beauty of the vast, large pine forests, offering the possibility of mushroom and blueberry picking. On the centuries-old dikes of the ponds, you can then relax in the shade of the trees or take a bath in one of the many local ponds. It is simply the ideal place for your relaxing summer vacation.
