Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of a rural cottage and consists of a spacious entrance hall, connecting hallway, kitchen, two separate bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and pantry. The total capacity of Apartment 1 is 5 people, and it is possible to use 5 single beds.

Guests of Apartment 1 can use lockable garages together with the guests of Apartment 2, suitable for storing bicycles or other sports equipment, for example. From the apartment there is direct access to a large and maintained garden. In the garden it is possible to sit by the fireplace, grill or it is possible to use the area for various sports activities.
